SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Estimated shipping times - 

Please note, we endeavour to pack all orders and ship via Aus Post within 1 to 3 business days.  Once packed, the below estimate shipping times apply.

Standard shipping -  3 to 7 business days. 

Express shipping - 2 to 4 business days. 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL 

We send all orders from our warehouse in Byron Bay, Australia. Timing varies between countries and postal services. Estimated international express shipping times are between 10 to 12 business days, however this will vary due to country.

DUTIES & TAXES

Duties & taxes are not included in your order. The purchaser will be responsible for all VAT & Import Duties where applicable.

If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes required by customs, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and any additional fees incurred, which will be deducted from your return. 

 

RETURNS

We hope you love your Maréa pieces. Should you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to do so.

All returns must be received unworn, unused and in original condition, with all tags, hygiene labels and packaging intact. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear only and returned in a clean, unworn condition with swing tags and hygiene liners securely attached. 

  • Refunds are available on full-priced styles only.
  • Full-priced items may be returned for either a refund or a store credit.
  • We do not offer direct size exchanges. If you require a different size or style, please return your item for a refund or store credit and place a new order.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions will be declined and sent back at the customer’s expense. Please note that shipping fees, duties, taxes and shipping protection are non-refundable and cannot be issued as store credit.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please contact us at hello@marea.com.au with your order number and an image of the fault so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
