SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Estimated shipping times -
Please note, we endeavour to pack all orders and ship via Aus Post within 1 to 3 business days. Once packed, the below estimate shipping times apply.
Standard shipping - 3 to 7 business days.
Express shipping - 2 to 4 business days.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL
We send all orders from our warehouse in Byron Bay, Australia. Timing varies between countries and postal services. Estimated international express shipping times are between 10 to 12 business days, however this will vary due to country.
DUTIES & TAXES
Duties & taxes are not included in your order. The purchaser will be responsible for all VAT & Import Duties where applicable.
If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes required by customs, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and any additional fees incurred, which will be deducted from your return.
RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase but understand that it doesn't always work out.
We offer a store credit on all items provided they are in original condition with all tags attached and must not be worn or washed.
For hygienic reasons, all swimwear must be tried on with underwear, and the hygiene liner must not be removed. We reserve the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged (this includes perfumes, make-up, tanning marks).
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Any received thereafter may be declined for a return. We aim to process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving.
Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a store credit to the value of your original order for you to then re purchase on our online store.
Maréa is not responsible for return shipping costs or any lost/damaged in transit returns. Please include tracking and insurance to ensure your item is safe. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Discounted sale stock orders are final and are unable to be returned unless faulty.
